제목 Investigation on the distribution of airborne microorganisms by facility
초록 The current spread of infectious diseases has increased the public's interest in microorganisms in indoor air. Microorganisms, one of the major indoor air pollutants, associate with infectious diseases, asthma, and allergies. Reducing exposure to pathogenic microorganisms is important, but it can benefit a person's health when appropriate exposure to human-related microorganisms is made. In this study, samples were collected from elementary schools and multi-use facilities. Microorganisms in the air were collected using filtration. All microorganisms present in the air were quantifiably and qualitatively analyzed using next-generation sequencing (NGS) and quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR). The composition of airborne microorganisms has been different since the Pandemic. These results mean that disinfection affected the microbial communities.
