A room temperature hydrogen sulfide gas sensor based on Pd-associated ZnO nanorod |
초록 |
We successfully fabricated and characterized a flexible hydrogen sulfide gas sensors using ZnO nanorods incorporated by Pd catalyst for hydrogen sulfide detection at room temperature. The ZnO nanorods of well-aligned vertical shape were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method followed by Pd sputtering. The flexible hydrogen sulfide sensors shows good hydrogen sulfide = performance at room temperature as well as a good repeatability and stability, which were achieved for concentration at 500 ppm hydrogen sulfide. Further explanation and studies were also discussed in detail. |
