제목 Organocatalyst for the direct reductive amination of aldehydes based on isothiouronium salt
초록 The direct reductive amination of aldehyde by using (S)-benzyl-isothiouronium chloride as a catalyst for the activation of imine through the hydrogen bonding was described. A mild and operationally simple fragment coupling has been accomplished with a wide range of aldehydes as well as amines in good to excellent yield. In addition, the catalyst (S)-benzyl-isothiouronium chloride can be easily recovered and reused without significant change. Therefore, it can be recognized as an effective catalyst for the direct reductive amination of aldehydes.
