In case of Ni-doped CsPbBr3 perovskite nanoparticles (PNC) by using different ratio of Ni, it can improve stability of perovskite quantum dots and optical properties. Ni-doped PNCs have stronger light emission, higher quantum efficiency and longer lifetimes than undoped PNCs. A stability test was done estimated light and moisture stability. For ultra-violet light irradiation, PL intensity of Ni-doped PNCs less decreased. In moisture stability test, PL intensity of Ni-doped PNCs is 3times that of undoped PNCs. Spin-coating was used to make a light emitting diode. Efficiency of Ni:CsPbBr3 is better than undoped CsPbBr3 and ratio of Ni is highly affected to the results. A max luminance of 833cdm-2 is obtained at optimum efficiency (0.3cdA-1) doping proper Ni ratio. |
