제목 Effect of nickel particle size on the electrical conductivity and the morphological characteristics of composite anode for SOFC using core-shell structured Ni-YSZ powder
초록 Nano-structured cermet anode was fabricated using core-shell structured Ni-YSZ powder formed by a high speed mixing technique. During the heat-treatment with fast heating rate, the Ni core erupted out of the YSZ shell layers, forming uniformly arranged microstructure of Ni-YSZ cermet. The three different size of the Nickel particle (0.2, 0.5, 1.8μm) was prepared and applied to the core-shell structured Ni-YSZ powder. A dense core, a porous core and a core with random-morphology was formed when using 0.2, 0.5 and 1.8μm-size Ni powders, respectively. The electrical conductivity and area-specific resistance (ASR) in 97% H2–H2O were measured and compared.
