| 제목 | The effective electroplating by using macroemulsion in supercritical CO2 |
| 초록 | In this work, we practiced the Ni-electroplating on Cu substrate and confirmed which process is excellent and effective as comparing two types of plated wares in two different processes. The plating in supercritical state is depend on the factors such as plating time, pressure, and CO2 volumetric ratio. In addition, a screw and plate having minute grooves was plated in both supercritical conditions and atmospheric conditions, and these were analyzed by microscope. |
