Solvent Extraction and Separation of Decursin and Decursinol Angelate from Angelica gigas Nakai using Nonionic Polymer Resins |
초록 |
Decursin and decursinol algenate from Angelica gigas Nakai were extracted by solvents (methanol and ethanol) at 60 ℃ for 4 h and separated by polystyrene-based macroreticular resins (SP850, XAD-2, XAD-1600) with different sorptive capacity and pore size distribution. Decursin and decursinol algenate adsorbed on these sorbents were desorbed by aqueous ethanol solutions.Adsorption equilibrium data of two adsorbates (decursin and decursinol algenate) were found to fit the Sips equation and the desorption by ethanol was described by a competitive adsorption model based on the ideal adsorbed solution theory. |
