제목 The effect of cross-linker on reduction-responsive hydrogels derived from hyaluronic acid for drug delivery applications
초록 In this work, novelreduction-responsive hydrogels were successfully prepared via inverse electron demand Diels-Alder reaction between hỷaluronic-norbornene and disulfide cross-linker with different length. Three kinds of cross-linker were synthesized by the esterification between different molecular weight of polyethylene glycol and disulfide tetrainze. The aim of this study is to report the effects of the length of the cross-linkers on hydrogels which may be controlled by the design of cross-linker. The results showed the properties of hydrogels such as swelling, mechanical properties, porous morphology, and drug release were affected by the length of cross-linker. The reduction-responsive hydrogels hold great potential as a biomaterial for stimuli responsive drug delivery applications.​
