제목 Study on properties of epoxy resin compositions containing azomethine bonding
초록 Epoxy resin compositions with azomethine bonding were studied on the view of self-extinguishing properties without retardant additives and suitability as materials of eco-friendly EMC(Epoxy molding compound). In this study, epoxy resin compositions were prepared and cured using azomethine epoxy resin and hardner of phenol derivatives. Their properties - structures of epoxy resin compositions, reactivity, heat release capacity and thermal degradation - were obtained by DSC, PCFC and TGA. Epoxy resin compositions containing azomethine bonding showed lower heat release capacity  than biphenyl phenol novolac resin due to their proper crosslinking density and high char yield.
