제목 Nylon 610/Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes Composites
초록 Nylon 610 (poly(hexamethylenesebacamide)) nanocomposites containing well dispersed multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) were prepared via an in situ interfacial polymerization. The perfect dispersion of MWCNT in the polymer matrixes is one of the most important requirements in achieving mechanical strength reinforcement. It suggested that in situ polymerization should be an ideal technique to make a perfect dispersion of MWCNTs into polymeric matrixes. The MWCNT was well embedded and adhered in the nylon 610 matrix according to the SEM observations. The mechanical properties of nylon 610 were greatly improved by the incorporation of a small amount of MWCNTs. The electrical conductivity of the composite was also investigated.
