제목 Flame retardant properties enhanced nylon-based electrospun fibers by effects of addition of aluminum/magnesium hydroxides and fluorination treatment
초록 In order to improve the flame retardant properties of nylon fibers, aluminum/magnesium hydroxides involved fibers were prepared by electrospinning method. The surface of electrospun fibers was modified by fluorination treatment. The surface morphology was investigated by FE-SEM. The chemical analysis of surface was studied by XPS. The flame retardant properties were investigated by TGA and DSC. For the real application of nylon fibers, the burning rate and behavior also investigated under radiant heat. The flame retardant properties were significantly improved. This enhanced properties might be attributed to the effects of additives and fluorination treatment.
