Effecct of Ipriflavone loaded PLGA microsphere and bone marrow-derived stem cells on the osteogenic differentiation for tissue engineered bone. |
초록 |
Serve bone defects are still one of the skeletal tissue disorders without adequate treatment, a situation resulting from the lack of autologous bone forrepair and insufficient clinically tested scaffold materials. The aim of this research was to prepare microparticulate systems based on PLGA, for the local release of ipriflavone, in order to reduce bone loss. In this study, ipriflavone loaded PLGA microspheres were prepared by O/W emulsion/solvent evaporation method. HPLC was used to perform the in vitro release test of ipriflavone loaded microparticulate systems. BMSCs were used in a prospective study of attachment, proliferation, and gene expression of IP/PLGA microspheres. IP/PLGA microspheres showed smooth surface and release was completed in approximately 2 month. This initial research will be used to direct future work involved in developing this composite injectable bone tissue engineering system.
