제목 Preparation and characteristics of O2 plasma-treated MWCNTs coated with polyaniline for electromagnetic interference shielding material
초록 O2 plasma-treated multi-walled carbon nanotubes were coated with highly conducting polyaniline by in situ polymerization to form the nanocomposites for the electromagnetic interference shielding materials. Polyaniline was uniformly coated on multi-walled carbon nanotubes. The thickness of polyaniline coatings was controlled by changing the O2 plasma treatment condition for multi-walled carbon nanotubes. The nanocomposites showed the significant increases in permittivity, permeability, and electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency enough to be used as EMI shielding materials. The EMI shielding efficiency of nanocomposites was improved up to 33 dB as the O2 plasma treatment time increased.
