When a flexible display is deformed, each configuration of the display is also deformed and stressed. However, existing OCAs do not respond to this deformation, resulting in a variety of defects, such as stretching or peeling of adhesives. Therefore, application to flexible displays requires flexibility of adhesives as well as high recovery properties, which must be accompanied by viscoelastic control. In this study, we synthesized new acrylate introduced with silane group and urethane bond, and by introducing it, we analyzed the effect of urethane silane acrylate on the viscoelasticity and recovery properties of adhesives. Furthermore, morphology and rheology analysis evaluated the applicability of adhesives introduced with urethane silane acrylate to flexible display. |
