In this work, the comparison with the best extraction efficiency of solvent composition on the extraction yield and bioactivity of S. baicalensis has been investigated. Also, free radical scavengers in the four glycoside baicalin (BG), wogonoside (WG) and aglycon baicalein (B), wogonin (W) compounds of S. baicalensis were screened, identified and quantified by on-line screening HPLC-ABTS assay coupled. From the result, increase of aqueous ethanol composition were the extracts yield and bioactivity decreased. In this case, the extraction amount highest of 37.01mg/g in BG, WG, B and W compounds were obtained by dipping method and extraction time 4hr. This result shows that an on-line screening HPLC-ABTS assay can be a powerful technique for the rapid characterization of bioactivity compounds in plant extracts. |
