제목 |
Lead acetate precursor based perovskite solar cells with uniform and pinhole free film via facile one-step slot die coating. |
초록 |
Perovskites have emerged as promising photovoltaic materials due to some advantages such as high absorption coefficient, tunable bandgap and long charge carrier diffusion lengths. Recently, many high performance perovskite solar cells (PeSCs) have been reported, but they were usually fabricated in the spin coating. For the mass production, PeSCs should be fabricated in the scalable way so we made devices through the slot die coating. However, compared to the spin coting that includes the quenching process caused by the rotational force, slot die coating does not have such mechanism, so it is needed to study them in separate ways. From this point, we introduced the lead acetate (Pb(Ac)2) which makes highly volatile by-products, so it can reduce the drying time and induce the fast crystallization. Therefore, we could make the uniform films through the printing process. Furthermore, we added a small amount of additives to enlarge the size of grains for further improved device performance. |
