제목 Newly Designed Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Electroluminescent Device Using a Mesoporous Silica Film
초록 We prepared, for the first time, an electroluminescent device based on the new design using a N,N′-diphenyl-N,N′-bis(3-methylphenyl)-1,1-biphenyl-4,4′-diamine)(TPD)-infiltrated mesoporous silica matrix film. The TPD molecules were successfully incorporated within the mesopores of the silica film using infiltration method. The TPD-infiltrated mesoporous silica film as a hole-injecting-transporting and buffer layer can significantly enhance the efficiency of small-molecule-based organic EL devices fabricated on ITO substrate. There were no electric sparks and the emission was very uniform over all active areas. It was shown that the present TPD-infiltrated mesoporous OELD has a good driving stability.
