제목 Enhancement of Oragnic Non-Volatile Memory Performance Using Dihydroxy Terminated Polystyrene
초록 Organic non-volatile memory (ONVM) based on pentacene field-effect transistors (FETs) has been fabricated using hydroxyl-terminated polystyrene electrets. The threshold voltages of organic FETs were shifted upon applied gate bias and the degree of shifts was increased with increasing the number of hydroxyl groups in the dielectrics. The memory window of FET using dihydroxy terminated polystyrene electrets was ~ 6 times greater than that of FET using pristine polystyrene after applying gate bias 100V for 1 second in ambient. The large shift of threshold voltage could be due to larger number of water molecules in the polymer electrets with more hydroxyl groups at chain ends.
