제목 Fabrication and Nanoscale Luminescence Characteristics for Organic Nanocrystals
초록 Organic semiconductor crystal nanoparticles (NPs) were fabricated by using a convensional reprecipitation method. Organic semiconductor was first dissolved in the THF solvent. The solution of organic molecules was rapidly injected into vigorously stirred de-ionized (D. I.) water using a microsyringe. The pristine organic NPs were transformed into crystal NPs through solvent-assist annealing method. From SEM and TEM experiments, the formation of organic NPs were clearly observed with diameters of 50 ~ 200 nm. The crystal structural property of the organic NPs was investigated by using a HR-TEM and X-ray diffraction experiments. To discern the structural and optical properties of the organic NPs, the ultra-violet visible (UV/Vis) absorbance spectra were observed. From the home made laser confocal microscope (LCM) PL experiments, the PL intensity of the organic crystal single NP was relatively higher than that of the pristine one.
