제목 Barrier properties of Aluminum/Poly(vinylalcohol) nanocomposite films using aluminum-sol
초록 Food packaging is a critical technology addressing the ever increasing demands for convenience, freshness, ease, shelf life, safety and security of food products. The main purpose of food packaging is to protect the food from microbial and chemical contamination, oxygen, water vapour and light. In terms of functionality and economics, packaging design is very important because the packaging material must have appropriate gas permeability, and mechanical and thermal properties for the packaged food. Thus, we have tried to improve of water and oxygen barrier properties, high transparency, and flexibility by using aluminium-sol. The aluminium/poly(vinylalcohol) nanocomposite films were prepared to reduce the gas inflow by interactions between polymer matrix and aluminium-sol.
