제목 Fabrication of New Type Phosphorous doped Graphitic Carbon Nitride Nanostructures for Solar Energy Conversion Reactions
초록 Graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4), a metal free organic semiconductor has received a great attention in solar energy conversion reactions owing to its medium bandgap of 2.7 eV. Nevertheless, its inefficient visible-light utilization and high photoexcited charge recombination results in poor photocatalytic activity. So, heteroatom doping is a simple and proficient strategy to improve the structural and electronic properties of g-C3N4. Therefore, in the current work, phosphorous doped (P-doped) g-C3N4 nanostructures have been prepared by high temperature calcination reaction and then utilized as photocatalyst system for visible light hydrogen evolution reaction.
