Pigment yellow 180 (P.Y.180) that is a kind of benzimidazolone has been widely used in the fields of ink, paint, plastics, toner, and color filter, etc. It is an excellent high performance pigment that is a greenish yellow shade with highly properties such as heat resistance, solvent resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance. In this study compound were synthesized by various coupling reaction temperature condition. The samples were crystallized to under various solvents and temperature condition by using autoclave pressurizer and then it were investigated the properties. The pigment was confirmed by relatively enhanced X-ray intensity ratios, particle size, color strength, and dispersibility by crystallization using DMSO solvent treatment. |
