In this study, organic solar cell with ITO/PEDOT-PSS/active layer/Al structure was fabricated. Polyaniline/PCBM([6,6]-phenyl-C61butyric acid methyl ester) mixture was used as active layer in which polyaniline acted as an electron donor. Band gap energy was obtained from the results of UV-spectrum and cyclic voltammogram. To investigate the device performance of solar cell, FF, Voc, Isc, conversion efficiency was measured. Device performance was compared to that of the solar cell in which P3HT was used as an active layer. |
