제목 Effects of Nonsolvent Molecular Structure and Its Content on the Formation of the Macroporous Polysulfone Layer Coated onto the Polyethylene Separator
초록 PE separator polyethylene(PE) separator is coated by coating solution containing polysulfone(PSF), tetrahydrofuran(THF)as solvent, and 1,5-butandiol as nonsolvent via nonsolvent-induced phase separation(NIPs) process. The effects of the nonsolvent content on the morphology of the coating layer were observed. The final pore size increased as nonsolvent ratio decreased when PSF, THF ratio is fixed. And now, it is in progress that PE separator is coated with organic-inorganic composite to be more enhance the thermal stability of the separator. Al2O3 is used as inorganic and Polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) is used as organic. And γ-MPS(γ-Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane) is used as coupling agent to improve interface property of nano particle.
