Passivation of organic light-emitting diodes with inorganic thin films grown by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition |
초록 |
The passivation of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) with inorganic thin films was investigated. The multi-layer passivation effect forOLEDs was studied. The silicon nitride and silicon oxide layers were deposited onto the fabricated OLEDs by PE-CVD(Plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition) process. The moisture resistant ability of the deposited films was investigated by the water vapor permeation measurement.The luminance-voltage and current density-voltage characteristicsof the passivated device was investigated also.As the thickness of the layer increases, theWVTR increases up to 0.001g/m2.day. The results can be applied in OLED packaging effectively. |
