제목 Fabrication of transparent conductive film using various carbon nanotubes having different wall number
초록 Carbon nanotubes are one of the compromising fillers for transparent conductive film. In this study, we prepared CNT/polymer composite films using layer-by-layer (LBL) nanoassembly method and evaluated the effect of the wall numbers on its transparency and electrical conductivity. Single-walled nanotubes (SWNTs), thin multiwalled carbon nanotubes (tMWNTs), and multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were dispersed in PSS (poly sodium 4-stylene sulfonate) aqueous solution, respectively. Alternative deposition of PSS/CNT suspension and PEI (polyethylenimine) produced transparent and conductive thin film. The film deposition was confirmed by monitoring the transmission of multilayered films at every bilayer step. The film morphology and its conductivity were investigated by SEM, TEM, conductive AFM and 4-point probe method.
