Formation of PLGA-aspirin microsphere particles by supercritical fluid extraction of emulsion and its application |
초록 |
Delayed release of anti-inflammatory drug is very important in withdrawing of a restenosis process, In this study, we want to produce homogeneous PLGA-aspirin microsphere particles by supercritical fluid extraction of emulsion. Our strategy for slow release is this PLGA-aspirin microsphere as a nucleus of releasing spot in PLA medium. Dissolving of outer PLA medium expose PLGA-aspirin microsphere into PBS solution. Release rate of aspirin was decided by the difference of dissolving rate between PLA and PLGA in an aqueous solution. It suggests that two biocompatible dissolving polymers will be adequate for slowly drug-releasing matrix in aqueous solution. |
