제목 | Preparation of collagen incorporated PLLA scaffolds for improving the fibroblast biocompatibility |
초록 | The interest of cosmetic surgery is rapidly increasing. Collagen is a natural biopolymer and has been widely used as dermal fillers for the treatment of wrinkles and skin aging. PLLA is a synthetic polymer with excellent biocompatibility and degradability and widely used in tissue engineering applications. We prepared a polymeric porous collagen-incorporated PLLA scaffold using cross-linking. The physicochemical properties of the collagen-incorporated PLLA scaffold were characterized using SEM, goniometer, and FT-IR. The cytocompatibility of the scaffold was evaluated using fibroblast.
