제목 Preparation of Modified Highly Dispersible Silica with TDI and PTMEG
초록 Hydrophilic surface of silica was modified with toluene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) to afford SiO2-TDI, followed by reaction with polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG) to make SiO2-TDI-PTMEG. The two sequential reactions were confirmed by FTIR and TGA. All the spectroscopic data obtained in our work will be discussed by comparing to those published in the literature. In the first reaction, FITR spectra indicated the new peak of isocyante group (2300cm-1), carbonyl group (1660cm-1), aromatic carbon-carbon (1600cm-1) at the expense of hydroxyl group (3450cm-1), which was shifted to 3300cm-1.
