제목 Evolution of dielectric property in SrTiO3 based superlattice
초록 We investigated dimensionality effect in delta doping oxide structure, represented by [(Sr1-x,Lax)TiO3]1/[SrTiO3]n superlattices using Impedance Spectroscopy (IS). Analysis of impedance response allows us to observe the dielectric property of film. In previous study, we have found that Metal-Insulator transition with increasing STO layer (n). These phenomena are observed in IS experiment results as well. Further, we have detected significant differences between metallic and insulating phases. We discuss here this transition behavior in terms of the tunable dimensionality of doped charge from three dimension to two dimension.
