제목 Label Free Detection and Separation of Bovine Albumin using Polydiacetylene Nanosomes and Magnetic Particles
초록 Polydiacetylene (PDA) is widely used for label free sensors. The reason is that PDA nanosomes are self emitting. To manufacture nanosomes, monomers are assembled. Then, by irradiating UV light on the nanosomes, molecules are polymerized and show yielding blue color. When the external stimuli were given, color transition is occurred to red color and fluorescence is shown. This phenomenon caused by conjugated p-orbital which is twisted by given stimuli and resulted that decreased conjugation length. Another characteristic, the presence of fluorescence, could also be observed by the result of stressed nanosomes. However nanosomes were only known for not the separation of specific materials from the given system. So, we came up with application of magnetic particles (MPs) with nanosomes. First of all, we prepared MPs and nanosomes that can be reacted with same and specific target. Then magnets providing magnetic field attract targets that are reacted with both MPs and nanosomes.
