Thermal Stability and Micro-Interfacial Evaluation of Graphite Oxide (GO)-Phenolic Nanocomposites with Different GO Sizes |
초록 |
Phenolic resin based nanocomposites were obtained by adding of GO particle with different size. The incorporation of GO particles significantly accelerates the crystallization process of the phenolic resin matrix, whereas its thermal stability is improved especially by addition of GO due to the additive reinforcing effect of 140 um size GO. Interesting flame retardant properties were attributed to formation of a GO/phenolic nanocomposites surface during burning, and it was achieved by the compositions in the burning test. Specific properties were expected under investigation. It is believed that especially the ternary compositions can be regarded as potential, as low cost material for the enhancement of fire retardant properties to allow its utilization.
