제목 Large-scale synthesis of uniform PbI2(DMSO) complex powder by solvent extraction method for efficient perovskite optoelectronics
초록 Recently metal halide perovskite solar cells (MHP SCs) have been of great interest because of their excellent properties such as strong absorptivity, small exciton binding energy, convenient bandgap tunability, long charge carrier’s diffusion length, and solution processability. For efficient MHP SCs, it is very important to form uniform MHP thin-film without pinholes on a certain substrate. The pinhole-free MHP thin-film can be formed by anti-solvent dripping crystallization and evaporation controlled crystallization for spin-coating process. To fabricate the pinhole-free MHP thin-film, it is essential to synthesize PbI2(dimethyl sulfoxide: DMSO) complex powder. Here, we synthesized the compositionally uniform PbI2(DMSO) powder by scalable liquid phase solvent extraction process.
