제목 Aqueous Sonogashira Coupling Reaction by Heterogeneous PdO/SNP Catalyst at Moderate Temperature and Copper free Conditions
초록 The well-synthesized heterogeneous PdO@SNP catalyst was successfully employed for Sonogashira coupling reaction under moderate and copper free conditions. The monodispersed silica nanoparticles (SNPs) were prepared by previously reported water-oil emulsion method. Using sonochemical process, the fabricated catalyst (PdO@SNP) was tested for aqueous copper free Sonogashira coupling reaction of aryl iodides at adequate temperature with superior selectivity and conversion after optimizing the conditions of solvent, catalyst, temperature and base. Palladium monoxide successfully doped on surface of SNPs was well-separated from reaction mixture by filtration. The filtered catalyst is strong enough to retain its catalytic activity after being reused several times for Sonogashira coupling reaction.
