제목 Fabrication of dye-sensitized solar cells using photonic crystal for efficiency enhancement
초록 We fabricated photonic crystal TiO2 photoelectrode for enhancement of conversion efficiency of DSSC. TiO2 nanocrystalline particles were synthesized through simple sol-gel synthesis method and subsequently treated by peptization process and hydrothermal method. The TiO2 nanoparticles were mixed with polystyrene spherical particles, and coated on FTO substrate by slide coating technique. Slide coating technique is a method to make large area colloid crystal films having uniform thickness in relatively short time. The TiO2 inverse opal films were fabricated by thermal calcination. We calculated pore size of TiO2 inverse opal structure for localizing stop band of TiO2 inverse opal around dye absorption wavelength and designed the polystyrene spherical particles with suitable size range.
