제목 Porous carbon synthesized from phenol-formaldehyde, resorcinol-formaldehyde andphenol-resorcinol-formaldehyde resins using polyurethane foam as a template
초록 Porous carbon materials recently have been used in various applications such as current collectors in battery, energy storage. In this study, the porous carbon materials were successfully synthesized from polyurethane foam as a template. Three kind of resins (Resorcinol-formaldehyde, phenol-formaldehyde and resorcinol-phenol-formaldehyde) as a carbon precursors were synthesized with changing R/F and P/F ratio. And then, the porous carbon materials have been manufactured by impregnating polyurethane foam with these carbonaceous thermal resins. The impregnated foam was heated to above 800 ºC to convert the carbonaceous resin to porous carbon which has open macro pore.
