Thermo-rheological behaviors of phenolic resins modified with binder pitches |
| 초록 |
Coal-tar and petroleum pitches are excellent carbon matrix precursors or binders for manufacturing carbon composites; excellent thermal stability, high coke yield can be obtained with these matrix or binders. In this study, the effect of binder pitches on the thermo-rheological behaviors and thermal properties of phenolic resins was investigated with a view to develop an appropriate viscoelastic binder. Thermo-rheological behaviors of phenolic resin and binder pitch blends were performed using the rheometer in oscillation mode. |
