NiO/MoS2/BiVO4 nanostructure for highly performance H2 generation |
초록 |
In this study, NiO were assembled onto MoS2 and BiVO4 by precipitation method for photocatalytic H2 evolution. NiO/MoS2/BiVO4 with a heterostructure exhibits an outstanding photocatalytic activity, the H2 evolution rate under visible light. According to various characterization results, photocatalytic mechanism about charge transfer process was proposed. Furthermore, the formed heterojunction in NiO/MoS2/BiVO4 efficiently separates the photogenerated holes and electrons, which enhances the photocatalytic activities. This study paves a new way to design highly efficient heterostructures rationally for photocatalytic H2 evolution. |
