제목 | Photoelectrochemical water splitting properties of nanostructured metal chalcogenide photoelectrode |
초록 | In this work, we synthesized morphologycontrolled semiconductor chalcogenide. The chalcogenide crystalline andmicrostructure determined by X-ray diffraction and scanning electronmicroscopy. Ultraviolet-Visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and Mott-Schottkytechniques performed to analysis bandgap and band position of thesemiconductor. Electrophoretic deposition of chalcogenide on fluorine-doped tin oxidesubstrate for the preparation of PEC photoelectrode. The photoelectrode Photoelectrochemical (PEC) water splitting performance was analyzedsystematically using light-emitting diode as the light source. Thephotoelectrode PEC water splitting performance analyzed in detail. Overall, thepresent work demonstrates control synthesis of semiconductor chalcogenidenanostructure, electrodeposition and PEC properties. |
