제목 Improvement of fibroblast differentiation by modification of chitosan-collagen hydrogels.
초록 Collagen, chitosan, and hyaluronic acid, both with favorable biocompatibility and biodegradability, were designed as biomaterials with excellent property in tissue engineering. We prepared three-dimensional hydrogel using chitosan-collagen composite. The hydrogel was crosslinked using polyvinyl alcohol to enhance physical strength of the network. We incorporated biologically active molecule in chitosan-collagen hydrogel and examined on the modulation of cellular responses. The physical and biological properties of the blended hydrogel were analyzed using various analytical techniques and cell assays including fibroblast differentiation.
