Characteristics of Fine Screen-Printed Active Electrodes for Bio-Electrochemical Optic Sensors |
초록 |
Bio-electrochemical optic sensor (B-ECOS) using screen printing technology have been widely applied in analyzing biologically and environmentally important materials, and these techniques have the advantage of making various types of sensors easily and economically (ECOS thin film). ECOS thin film electrodes is fabricated by linear plasma chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD) and a process of fabricating the electrode by screen printing. The Hyper-metal printed PET substrate is an activation electrode. After printing a silver paste on the top, an electrical wire is produced. Then, carbon, SnFx, SnOx:F and hyper conductive oxide coated on PET film and polymers are printed to produce working electrode and reference electrode. Coupling demonstrates practical use of hyper-printable electrode technology for high bio-electrochemical sensitivity. There has been tremendous progress in this area, but a few challenges remain. One of the main challenges is to apply these techniques for field analysis involving complex sample matrices. |
