제목 Preparation and Fabrication of π-conjugate polymer nano-films by plasma polymerization
초록 We were successful for thin-films synthesis of Polythiophene derivatives, which are conducting polymer by Plasma polymerization. Plasma polymerization is the thin-film process using plasma discharge. It has the advantages of environmental friendliness, room temperature process, synthesis of unique materials, good reproducibility and process control as parameters. In result, Yellowish Polythiophene thin-film (150nm~200nm) with highly transparent (>90%) and conductivity (<10-1 S/cm) were obtained. It was possible to fabricate ultra-thin films having good adhesion and pinhole-free, which are proportional to deposition time onto a wide variety of substrates. Structure and Properties were compared using spectrum technique such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV-Vis and Ellipsometer. Selective patterning and plasma doping of Polythiophene thin-film with good properties and conductivity were investigated.
