제목 Design of Barrel Plating Process for Undercoating of Copper Cyanate
초록 Thisstudy has interpreted the relationship between barrel pore size, number of pores, and open pore ratio in the copper cyanide barrel plating as the undercoating and has observed the plating characteristics in accordance with the process variables.Automobile wheel nut has been selected as the plating material and the barrel plating has been carried out in the 4.7L sized barrel.As the result of experiment, optimal part charging quantity has been 40, and the best quality plating characteristics have been obtained when plating at the plating temperature of 323K, plating voltage of 1V, rotation speed of 1.5rpm in the barrel of porosity 22.5% as the optimal plating conditions of barrel plating process.
