제목 Surface Modification of Photo-Polymerizable Pluronic-Based Nanocarriers
초록 Nano-particle (NP) is a small object in nanometer scale that behaves as a whole unit in terms of its physico-chemical properties. Physico-chemical properties of NPs, including size, surface charge are key factors for their in vivo administration. We present surface modification of pluronic-based nano-carriers (NC) that were prepared by single phase photo-crosslinking without using an organic dispersion phase. Amine functionalization was achieved by incorporating cysteamine and chitosan was achieved by incorporating acrylated water soluble chiotsan into NC. NIR-dye functionalization was done by reacting NHS-cy5.5 with amine-functionalized NC. The surface charge and the thermo-sensitive size variations were characterized by using DLS.
