제목 Drug Release Behavior of Nanoparticles based on Methotrexate-conjugated Poly(DL-lactide-co-glycolide)
초록 We have synthesized methotrexate (MTX)-conjugated poly(DL-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) and prepared nanoparticles without use of surfactant. Chemical composition of MTX-conjugated PLGA was confirmed with 1H-NMR and FT-IR. Norfloxacin loaded MTX-PLGA nanoparticles were prepared by one step without use of surfactant by nanoprecipitation and dialysis method. The morphology and size of the nanoparticles were characterized using TEM and DLS. The drug release experiment was carried out in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, 0.1M, pH 7.4). This study was supported by IPET(Korea Institute of planning & Evaluation for Technology in Food, Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries) Research Fund in 2009.
