Injectable hydrogels have attracted lots of interest because of fewer side effects and controlled drug release, and so on. Among these stimuli-sensitive hydrogels, thermosensitive hydrogel composed of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) is one of the most extensively applied systems, which is the fluid state upon injection under a lower critical solution temperature at ~32 ℃ and transform into gel state immediately at body temperature. Hence, we synthesize PNIPAAm-based thermosensitive hydrogels which are great candidates in biomedical applications to deliver an anti-tumor drug for cancer therapy. We were investigated mechanical properties, drug release tests at 25 ℃ and 37 ℃, and cell viability which is a cervial cancer cell line. |
