Fabrication of Conducting Nanofiber using Electrospinning |

Conducting nanofiber mat was prepared by using Poly(Thiophene-co-thiophene acetic acid sodium salt) (PTTA) nanoparticles and poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP). PTTA nanoparticles were prepared by Fe3+-catalyzed oxidative polymerization PVP was chosen as the spinable polymer since it is known to be easily electrospun and relatively soluble in polar solvent. The morphology and structure of the nanofibers have been studied with SEM and TEM. Conductivity was analyzed by surface resistance meter and 4-point prove method. Especially, we investigated the effect of conductivity and fiber morphology with PTTA and PVP ratio. Electrospun PTTA/PVP nanofibers are the promising candidate for field effect transistor. |
