제목 전기방사에 의해 제조된 PZT/PVDF 나노섬유의 구조 및 기계적 특성
초록 Optimum conditions of PZT/PVDF nanofibers prepared by electrospinning were investigated by depending on the amount of PVDF-TrFE (poly(vinylidenefluoride-co-trifluoroethylene)) and the ratio of solvent (dimethylformamide (DMF) and acetone). The weight ratio of PVDF-TrFE of 20 wt% and the mole ratio of DMF:actone of 5:5 were found to be optimum for the formation of nanofibers without bead form. Effect of PZT content on the mechanical properties of PZT/PVDF nanofibers was investigated. Although the PZT/PVDF nanofibers with 20 wt% PZT have the highest tensile strength, the greatest tensile strain was observed in the PZT/PVDF nanofibers with 5 wt%.
