Egg phosphatidylcholine (egg PC) liposome was prepared by immobilizing hydrophobically modified poly(ethylene imine) (HmPEI) on the surface using a film hydration and sonication method, and then sodium tripolyphosphate (TPP)-sensitive release will take place due to the interaction between HmPEI and TPP. HmPEI was prepared by attaching decanoyl chloride to PEI and confirmed by FTIR spectroscopy. According to the 1H NMR spectrum, per one molecule of PEI contained about 21 decanoyl chloride, and HmPEI was air/water interface-active. The complexation between HmPEI and TPP was studied by measuring the optical density and the light scattering intensity of the mixture solutions at different ratios. |
