제목 | Preparation and Application of Polycarboxylate-type Terpolymers as Superplasticizers in Advanced Cement |
초록 | Polycarboxylate-type superplasticizers used in advanced cement have become more popular recently. Commercial available organic admixtures include polycarboxylic acid-, aminosulfonic acid-, naphthalenesulfonic acid-, lignin sulfonic acid- and melamine sulfonic acid-based admixtures. But it had been proved that polycarboxylate-type superplasticizers are more superior than other types. It’s pointed out that the carboxylic acid-based water-soluble terpolymers will be widely used because various ionic groups can be introduced into them as the side chains, and new function and superior performance can be given to them. In this study, various water-soluble terpolymers with methacrylic acid salt(MA), sodium allyl sulfonate(SAS) and poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate were prepared and been utilized as superplasticizers in portland cement. The chemical structure of water-soluble terpolymers containing carboxylic acid group and sulfonic group as well as polyoxyethylene(PEO) as side chain were analyzed and the effects of using these kinds of superplasticizers in portland cement were also investigated. |
